As a life coach, I supports my client’s objective by providing assistance through motivating self actualization, creating action plans, and providing tools to make goals more tangible. I am an active participant in my client’s transformation while motivating the client’s ability to identify goals that are ready for execution.

My clients are the driving force of their success. I do not define or control the process and outcome of my client’s identified goal. Recognizing that there are different approaches and perspectives to executing a goal, I do not force a “right” way of execution. As a life coach, I support the client’s efforts by creating depth and expansion through using coaching materials and techniques in our one-on-sessions. I encourage self-actualization empowering my clients to push through personal barrier and self defeating beliefs.

One difference between counseling and life coaching is that a  investigate the underlying causes of emotional and psychological trauma. A life coach focuses on future results and encourages personal-development and self-improvement. Life coaches are not qualified to diagnose or treat any health-related problems, although if the situation arises they may suggest you see your general practitioner.

During each session my client clearly defines an objective which will establish a focal point during our meeting time. Together, we begin to explore the conversation and the intended goal. If an action plan is provided, we will discuss the steps that were executed and their relationship to the goal. Several interactive exercises and techniques are coupled throughout our time together.
